About the Founders
Neil Armstrong – Chairman
Neil started his career at Kennedy Group and is now a highly experienced business leader and entrepreneur, who enjoys working in high-growth environments to deliver value enhancing strategic change and shareholder returns. Following senior executive roles at Alfred McAlpine PLC, Neil acquired Fastflow Pipeline Services from Northumbrian Water in 2005 where, through organic growth, targeted acquisitions and working closely with selected strategic partners, he has built a market-leading Critical Infrastructure Services Group - United Infrastructure - with combined revenues in excess of £1bn. Neil also currently holds a number of other non-executive positions and continues to champion a number of charities including Water Aid and Television for the Environment.
Craig Wilkinson – Managing Director
Craig has been investing in, financing and supporting growing companies for more than 25 years. He qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and then spent several years operating in the structured debt market with Bank of Scotland and Rothschild. Craig then moved into mid-market private equity with LDC (the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group). Adding to his investment successes in the UK, Craig took the Lloyds mid-market investment business to Asia building a profitable investment platform and a support network for UK businesses expanding internationally.
